Terms of Service

You may use the UET Customizer to design custom products, request quotes and place orders with UET. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only for genuine design and ordering activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including contact details, company or team name, sizes, quantities, shipping address and any notes. UET relies on this information to quote, produce and ship your order. Incorrect information may delay or affect an order.

You keep ownership of the artwork, logos and text you upload. By submitting them, you represent that you own them or have permission from the rights holder to use them on a manufactured product, and you grant UET permission to use them for the limited purpose of preparing proofs, producing your order and fulfilling it.

UET may decline any artwork it believes infringes a third party's rights or is otherwise unsuitable for production.

The platform itself, including its software, interface and templates, remains the property of UET and its technology provider, ALRV Technologies.

A quote issued through the platform reflects the design and specification recorded at the time it was prepared. Each quote states its own validity period; once that period passes, the quote must be reissued. A quote is not an order and does not reserve production capacity.

If the design, method, colours, sizes, quantities or delivery requirements change after a quote is issued, the pricing may change and a revised quote will be prepared.

Before production, you review and approve the production proofs generated from your design. Your approval confirms that the artwork placement, colours, method, sizes and quantities shown are what you want produced. UET produces to the approved proof.

Colours shown on screen are a representation and can differ from produced yarn or print colour.

Orders are processed through the checkout platform. Payment is handled by that platform and its payment providers; UET does not collect or store card details. Production begins after UET has confirmed payment through the payment platform and the order has passed production review.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Where tracking information is available, UET makes it available on the order record.

You may not use the platform to:

• upload artwork you do not have the right to use;
• upload files containing malicious or executable content;
• attempt to access another customer's design, quote or order;
• probe, scan or interfere with the platform or its security controls;
• submit automated or bulk requests intended to disrupt the service.

UET aims to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or issues at a service provider may cause temporary interruptions.

These terms may be updated as UET's operations change. The version number and date above reflect the current version, and the version in force is recorded whenever you accept them.
